Worldwide there are currently 483 million seniors over 65 years of age and their numbers will reach 974 million by 2030. By 2025, roughly 18% of the world population will be comprised of seniors.
Every day the number of web surfers 50 years of age and over is growing. The estimate of web users over 50 years old is 19%. In the United States, this percentage maybe as high as 40%.
