Alpine Village Oktober Fest
The oldest and largest Southern California Oktoberfest celebration has been taking place in Alpine Village, in Torrance California. The Oktoberfest celebrations take place during the evening on Fridays and Saturdays, and Sunday afternoons. In addition to the beer, enjoy authentic German food and music.
Oktoberfest by the Bay
The Bay Area is home to 17 German clubs, all of which are represented at Oktoberfest by the Bay Headlining the packed oompah music bill is the 21-piece Chico Bavarian Band, a Blaskapelle (traditional Bavarian brass band). The fall weather in San Francisco is typically mild, with sunny days in the 70s and pleasantly cool nights.
Oktoberfest at OldWorld in Huntington Beach
Old World in Huntington Beach is the second-oldest Oktoberfest in the area, including Oompa bands straight from Germany, authentic German Bratwurst, Sunday family festivities with Dachshund Races, and an Oktoberfest Parade. Friday and Saturday are 21 and up. Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday are family-friendly.
